Accessibility Statement
Last updated: August 2026
Stonecrest Operations LLC is committed to making stonecrestoperationsllc.com usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. As a company that serves government agencies, we take this seriously.
Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard referenced by Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. These guidelines cover making content perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for people with a wide range of disabilities.
What we have done
- Semantic structure. Pages use proper heading levels, landmarks, and labelled sections so screen readers can navigate them predictably.
- Keyboard access. All links, buttons, and form fields can be reached and operated with a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus indicator.
- Form labels. Every field in our quote request form has a visible, programmatically associated label, and status messages are announced to screen readers.
- Colour contrast. Text and interface colours are chosen to meet contrast requirements against their backgrounds.
- Decorative graphics. Icons and background marks that carry no meaning are hidden from assistive technology so they do not add noise.
- Reduced motion. Animations and transitions are disabled automatically for visitors whose system is set to reduce motion.
- Responsive layout. Content reflows for small screens and remains readable when text is enlarged.
- Text alternatives. Meaningful images and graphics carry descriptive alternative text.
Known limitations
Accessibility is ongoing rather than finished. Some parts of this site rely on our website platform and third-party services, and we do not control every aspect of how they render. Documents such as our capability statement are also available as web pages, so the same information can be read without opening a PDF.
If you encounter a barrier we have not identified, we want to hear about it. Reports from visitors are the most reliable way we find and fix problems.
Alternative formats
If any information on this website is not accessible to you, contact us and we will provide it in another format — including large print, plain text, or by reading it to you over the phone. There is no charge for this, and you do not need to explain why you need it.
Feedback and how we respond
Tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you were using, if you know it. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within three business days and to resolve or provide a workaround as quickly as we reasonably can.
